NeosAir aircraft rendered both cargo and passenger services
Skyway Aviation Handling Company (SAHCO) PLC, has clinched the ground handling contract for NeosAir, an Italian flag carrier which on 31st October 2024, commenced a frequency of once a week flight to the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.
By the terms of this new contract, SAHCO will be providing full ground handling services for NeosAir which include Ramp handling, Passenger handling, Baggage handling, Cargo handling, Aircraft cleaning, among others.
A media statement from SAHCO, signed by Adetola Vanessa Uansohia, (Mrs), Head of Corporate Communications, the management had assigned experienced personnel along with the state of the art equipment to offer professional service that will surpass the expectations of the client.
The statement said the dedicated ground crew are all experienced and expected to fully meet the unique needs of NeosAir’s operations, ensuring seamless and efficient turnaround within the agreed timeline at the MMIA, Ikeja, LOS.
Chairman, board of directors of Sahcol, Dr (Barr) Taiwo Afolabi, was quoted to have said on the new contract that, “ware committed to delivering the highest quality of service to support their operations, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient ground handling for their flights”.
The statement claimed that “SAHCO has a proven track record of providing top-tier ground handling services to major airlines operating in Nigeria. The company is known for its dedication to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. With the addition of NeosAir to its growing list of clients, SAHCO continues to strengthen its position as a leading ground-handling service provider in Nigeria and the west coast of Africa.
NeosAir is a private Italian airline whose headquarters is in Somma Lombardo, Lombardy, Italy and is a subsidiary of Alpitour S.p.A. In addition, NeosAir operates from its main operating base at Milan Malpensa Airport in Italy to Africa, Europe, Asia and North America.
