Fallen container perches on three parked vehicles without fatalities

Operatives of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA, has begun fervent rescue operation of a truck which fell on three vehicles parked at Barracks Bus-Stop in-ward Trade Fair.


The truck with an unknown registration number was reportedly conveying a 40Feet container fell on three stationary vehicles and one tricycle with registration numbers, Toyota Yaris, black colour LSR 247 GP, grey colour Honda CRV LND 80 BS, ash SUZUKI Mini Bus, KSF 904 XY and TVS green Tricycle AGL 831 QL.


For the rescue operation, the Dolphin Squad was the first responder to arrive the scene, later joined by the Nigeria Police, the Nigerian Army, Ojo Cantonment 81 Division, were all at the scene to restore orderliness as the traffic situation got really chaotic.

Forty feet container perched on three vehicles. No fatality.


The fallen truck succeeded in blocking not less than 80%of the road which explained the traffic snarl experience on the Agboju, Alakija

Eye witness account reported that there was no loss of life and not even an injury recorded at the scene of the incident.
