AERO, the Oldest Private Airliner will Return to the Sky on 5th December

1 min read

The oldest private, domestic operator in Nigeria, Aero, has announced it will be returning to service on Monday, 5th December 2022.

It can be recalled that about five months ago, the airline’s management announced it will be putting on hold its scheduled commercial operations to allow it to straighten out challenges confronting the airline.

The airline then said further that its charter operation was not affected and the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul, MRO, subsidiary was also in operation to attend to its varied clientele.

A very terse statement believed to have emanated from Aero’s management explained that the airline’s portal had been “reactivated and flights uploaded to commence booking operations”.

Ostensibly, air travelers will feel a sigh of relief with the additional capacity injected into air travel ON THE Nigeria domestic terrain, at the most auspicious time of the year.
