The double victory for Air Peace and Dr Allen Onyema, Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, CEO, occurred at the 21st Anniversary of Marketing Edge during its Edge Awards 2024.

According to a media statement by Air Peace, the airline received the prestigious ‘Outstanding Brand of the Year’ award, “for its exceptional contributions to the Nigerian aviation industry, its innovative spirit, and its relentless pursuit of excellence across Africa and beyond”.

While the statement claimed that, “Dr. Onyema was named ‘Brand Personality of the Year’ for his transformative leadership, nationalistic efforts, and corporate philanthropy”.

The award ceremony, held on Saturday, at the renowned Balmoral Event Hall of Sheraton Hotels, Ikeja, where the airline and its Chairman were celebrated.

Receiving the award on behalf of Air Peace, the airline’s Head of Sales and Business Development, Mr. Davids Odeyemi, expressed profound gratitude to the leadership of Marketing Edge for recognizing the airline’s transformative journey in challenging the status quo.
