Arik to Resume Ilorin, Asaba Flights on Tuesday… assures passengers of niche service

Arik Air will on Tuesday, 20th December 2022, restart flight operations to Ilorin, Kwara State, and Asaba, Delta state capital.
A media statement from Arik Air and signed by Mr. Adebanji Ola,
Public Relations & Communications Manager, states that, “flights to Ilorin will originate from the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport, Abuja, and operate four times weekly”.
The statement adds that, “Asaba flights will originate from the General Aviation Terminal, GAT, Murtala Muhammed Airport, Ikeja, Lagos, and operate four times weekly”.
Ola explains the rationale for the resumption of flights from Abuja to Ilorin, and from Lagos to Asaba that, “it’s to enable the airline’s customers spend the Yuletide with their loved ones without hassles”
Arik Air’s Chief Executive Officer, Captain Roy Ilegbodu, while explaining the bases for the resumption of flights to Asaba and Ilorin said, “we have listened to our customers in Ilorin and Asaba who have been craving for our services”, he volunteered.
Ilegbodu further described what inspired such request from the loyal passengers as, trust in Arik Air.
He enthused, “they trust us to deliver exceptional services and we won’t fail them.”
