Dana Airline has earned an award for outstanding service delivery and for efficient collaboration with the management of Sam Mbakwe International Cargo Airport Owerri, Imo state.
The Owerri Airport Manager who announced the award, Mrs. Rejoice Ndudinachi, said Dana Airline merited the award due to its readiness to proffer solutions to challenges and collaborate to achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for both the airline and the airport management.
Mrs. Ndudinachi expressed the airport management’s gratitude for the value-adding service of Dana, which she said had positively impacted the airport’s customers, most of who maintained brand loyalty to both the airline and the airport.
She enthused, “We appreciate Dana Airline’s support and its outstanding service delivery to our customers here in Owerri, and we encourage them to keep up the good work.”
Receiving the award on behalf of Dana Air, the Acting Station Manager of the airline’s Owerri station, Kingsley Adichie, promised continued cooperation with the airport managers.
He appreciated the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, for being supportive as always and for finding Dana Airline a worthy partner in progress, he added.
Dana Air is one of Nigeria’s leading airlines with daily flights to major cities in Nigeria and a varied fleet of Boeing aircraft.
