Nigeria’s Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sunday Kelvin Aneke and his team made a courtesy visit to the Minister of Aviation & Aerospace Development, Barr Festus Keyamo.
According to the Aviation Minister, the parties spared a thought on how to improve the quality of Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) service in the nation’s airspace.

Barr Keyamo disclosed that the NAF team “were in my office to discuss issues relating to air navigational services of both the Air Force and Nigeria’s Civil Aviation”.
Keyamo noted further that, “During the meeting, we identified areas of further cooperation and coordination in this regard”.

It is hoped that blind spots will soon be eliminated and that air-to-ground communication and vice versa will soon achieve ultra-high fidelity.
Canny Industry observers are eagerly looking forward to the actualization of these safety critical elements including aerodrome communications with the tower.
