Dana Air is innovative, MMA2, more than a terminal- Remi Jibodu

The leadership of the Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited, BASL, managers of the Murtala Muhammed Second Terminal, MMA2, has described Dana Airline as innovative in its service delivery to its numerous guests.

Also, the Murtala Muhammed Airport Second Terminal, MMA2, was also said to be imbued with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities that function faultlessly and with precision hence, offering comfort and providing un-parallel airport experience to its numerous clientele which include airlines and passengers.

Remi Jibodu, Head of Aeronautics and Cargo Services at MMA2, made the declaration at a courtesy visit by managers of MMA2, to the headquarters of Dana Air, Isolo Road, Lagos.

Jibodu who led the BASL delegation on the visit described the MMA2 terminal as one of the very best terminals in the country.

She said “we are always committed to supporting airlines operating from MMA2 to achieve their desires for the passengers as we always do to give a refreshing ambiance and a remarkable flying experience”.

Dana Air Chief Operating Officer, COO, Ememobong Ettete, while welcoming his guests to the airline’s corporate head office said, ‘We are very excited about this visit because it offers us the opportunity to rub minds and share ideas as stakeholders.”

Ettete said, ”We believe as partners, there is a very urgent need to engage MMA2 on our future plans for our guests while also discussing the way forward on our issues, new initiatives, and your plans, projects for the future and I believe this will yield great results.”

He further explained that ”Dana Air has over the years demonstrated a strong commitment towards offering seamless travel to its guests by introducing customer-centric online initiatives, focused on technology and innovation and we would continue to do so while reviewing our processes not just to improve the flying experience of our guests but redefine service delivery from booking, check-in and boarding.” He added.

The BASL Team led by Remi Jibodu, assured Dana Air that, MMA2 is always willing to support Dana Air and other airlines operating from the terminal, and as always; we are raising the standards and operating in accordance with Civil Aviation Regulations and global best practices”
