Leaders in all strata of the nation’s social, economic, political, religious, traditional and cultural spheres of society have been urged to make all necessary sacrifices that will enable them to lead through excellent and exemplary conduct, which will provide the youths with wholesome object lessons to imitate as they will be informally groomed for responsibilities and selfless service to humanity in the immediate future
This sterling appeal to every Nigerian in their spheres of leadership and influence has assured that it will inspire greater encouragement to the younger folks who more often find it easier to emulate the virtues exhibited by superiors, which will, in turn, become the norm in an orderly society.

Hon Fakeye, a former Special Adviser to late Governor Isiaka Ajimobi of Oyo State, urged parents to create quality time in training their children and the parents should also conduct themselves honourably in all things to help their children observe and learn virtues a role model should exhibit, beyond boasting of 10 million followers or millon dollars in bank account before earning the sobriquet of “a good roll model”.
