GRADUATE VISA
It is always advisable for international students who have finished their courses in the United Kingdom to consider a Graduate Visa. It enables you to extend your stay for at least two years after completing your course (three years if you hold a PhD or doctoral degree). This visa allows you to participate in most of the occupations and engage in business on your own, or even have your family join you.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
You must already be in the UK on a valid student visa or Tier 4 visa. You should have successfully completed a UK bachelor’s, postgraduate, or other eligible degree. Your university must notify the Home Office that you’ve completed your studies. It should be noted that the Graduate Visa cannot be renewed while it serves as a pathway to other long-term visas like the Skilled Worker Visa. For many, it is ideal, especially if you want to gain a foothold in the UK but do not have a job lined up for you.
YOUTH MOBILITY SCHEME (YMS).
The Youth Mobility Scheme is only for young people in the age group of 18 to 30 years, but only if they are from a particular country. This gives the person the opportunity to stay and work or learn in the UK for up to two years, which can be an exciting way of embracing the cultural practice while at the same time attending to the need of gaining experiences.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
You must be a citizen of one of the eligible countries, such as Australia, Canada, New Zealand, or Japan, or hold certain types of British nationality. You need at least £2,530 in savings. You cannot have any children under 18 who live with you or whom you are financially responsible for.
This visa allows you to have employment in any field and attend school with specific limitations. But it cannot be extended, and the dependents cannot accompany the person. If you want to remain here for a longer time, there are other types of visas after two years of being in the UK.
GLOBAL TALENTS VISA.
It is planned for candidates with highly skilled jobs from sectors such as science, technology, engineering, arts, and culture. This visa is best suited for people who are identified as a leader or potential leader in one way or another, and this visa provides an unbelievably amazing opportunity to work in the UK.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
You need an endorsement from a recognized UK body relevant to your field, such as Tech Nation for Digital Technology or the Royal Society for Science. You should have a proven track record of achievements or exceptional promise. The Global Talent Visa allows you to make the UK your home for up to five years, and there are no restrictions on the number of times you can extend your visa. It also offers a way of reaching a solution; thus, it is sustainable for talented professionals in the long run.
HIGH POTENTIAL INDIVIDUAL (HPI) VISA.
The High Potential Individual Visa is designed for graduates of top global universities who want to work or look for jobs in the UK. Unlike other visas, you don’t need a job offer to apply for this one.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
You must have a degree from an eligible university awarded within the last five years. You need to meet English language proficiency requirements and have enough savings to support yourself in the UK. The visa is valid for two years (three years for PhD or doctorate holders) and cannot be extended. However, you can switch to another visa, like the Skilled Worker Visa, if you meet the criteria.
