MOTORISTS ADVISE AGAINST AHMADU BELLO WAY, ADETOKUNBO ADEMOLA AXIS V/I

As the formal opening of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, annual conference kicks off today, Monday, 22nd August 2022, at the Eko Atlantic City/ Eko Hotel, on Ahmadu Bello way and Adetokunbo Ademola respectively, the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA, has advised on alternative routes to connect various destinations around Victoria Island and Lekki.
The Travel Advisory by LASTMA suggested that motorists should make use of the following alternative routes among others;
They are; Ozumba Mbadiwe road, Bishop Aboyade Cole, Mobil road, Abiodun Oniru road, to connect Ajose Adeogun, Ligali Ayorinde, Water corporation drive and access various destinations around and beyond, Victoria Island.
The media statement on the travel advisory signed by Mr Filade Olumide, Deputy Director, Public Affairs, said that the recommended adjoining routes will be effectively manned by LASTMA officers to make smooth and unhindered connectivity.
Travel Advisory indicated the routes’ diversion will subsist till Friday, 26th August 2022, when the event will be brought to a close.
