Nahco Welcomes Emirates’ Return, Promises Exceptional Service

The Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc, NAHCO, has reiterated its avowed commitment to surpassing the expectations of all its airline clients by offering impeccable passenger and cargo services, and with precision in maintaining the turnaround time.

NAHCO Plc Chairman Board of Directors, Dr Seinde Fadeni, expressed the company’s service charter, in a media statement announcing the company had won the bid to continue offering passenger and cargo services to Emirates who will by next month, October 2024, resume service on Dubai to Lagos route.

According to the media statement from NAHCO, its chairman enthused thus, “We are honoured to welcome Emirates Airline back to Nigeria and to continue our longstanding relationship with this important Airline,” Fadeni said.

He explained the implication of winning the passenger and cargo handling bid thus, “Securing this renewal is a testament to NAHCO’s consistent quality of service and the trust our partners place in us”.

The statement highlighted the excitement of Fadeni, the board chairman, and that of the company thus, “We look forward to further strengthening valued partnerships and continuing to set the standard for ground handling in Nigeria,” said Seinde Fadeni, Chairman of NAHCO PLC.

In the same vein, Mr Indranil Gupta, Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, GMD/CEO of NAHCO Plc noted that it was a priviledge to have been chosen once more by Emirates Airline for its ground handling needs at Lagos Airport and to extend the company’s successful partnership with one of the world’s leading Airlines.

Gupta also expressed optimism about the company’s future and reaffirmed NAHCO’s commitment to supporting the growth of the company’s airline partners in Nigeria.

Furthermore, Prince Saheed Lasisi, Group Executive Director – Commercial & Business Development at NAHCO Plc stated, “Our successful renewal of this contract with Emirates Airline is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of the entire NAHCO team”.

He accentuated his joyful mood and that of the company for clinching the UAE-based airline contract thus, “We are proud to be the preferred ground handlers once again for Emirates as they resume their flights to Nigeria.
