The numero Uno mobility technology startup in Nigeria, Trucks Transit Parks Limited, TTPL, has expressed immense gratitude to Port operators, Parks owners, Truck owners, Truck drivers, the Federal and State governments, Security agencies, and all stakeholders in the transportation value chain for their cooperation and tolerance which, made it possible for TTPL to bring about the improved turnaround time for trucks and other vehicles commuting into, within and around wharf and Tin can ports in Apapa, Lagos state.
At a very modest event to mark the second-year anniversary of TTPL, its management revealed that the company through its flagship product, Eto, had significantly improved the average turnaround time for port-bound trucks from an average of over 14 days to just 3 days.
As a corollary to the drastically improved turnaround time, according to the company, was the cost of moving cargo which had also been impacted with a massive 65 percent reduction.
The company argued that the cost reduction had inspired significant cost savings for businesses and improved the competitiveness of the Nigerian economy.

Another milestone brought about by the innovative Eto software within the two years of the company’s existence was that over 1,165,000 port and non-port-bound trucks were digitally managed and the results partly reflected in the sanity presently experienced on major roads around Apapa and its environs.
The Managing Director and Co-founder of TTPL, Mr. Jama Onwubuariri, enthused, “we are proud to mark this milestone, and to see the positive impact that our technology has had on the industry.”
Onwubuariri further said of TTPL and its products, Eto and Tafiyah, “our commitment to delivering innovative solutions has allowed us to revolutionize the way that cargo is transported in and out of Lagos ports, and we are confident that our continued growth and success will bring even greater benefits to the industry in the years to come.”
From all available performance indices, it can be deduced that TTPL had established itself as a leader in the mobility technology sector and had received widespread recognition for its innovative solutions and impactful results.

A media statement on the second-year anniversary of TTPL affirmed that “the company looks ahead to the future, it remains focused on delivering cutting-edge technology and excellent service delivery, and is committed to improving the efficiency and competitiveness of the Nigerian economy”.
From all of us at Nigeria Transport Hub, NTH, we say congratulations and wish the young but, highly impactful solution company greater heights in the years to come.
TTPL is an innovative indigenous company focused on transforming Africa’s mobility, haulage, and access control challenges through technology. TTPL owns and manages its proprietary software Eto and Tafiyah.
