In complementing the numerous digital e-apparatus deployed by Lagos State Government to track traffic situation state wide, the officer above saw a particular traffic scene that deserved unusual attention hence, the use of his phone to file special report to the control room.
The above officer’s picturesque will no doubt isolate the real issue from the general ambience the official cameras mounted on the highways will pick.
