The wholly owned Nigerian airline with meteoric growth in domestic operations, United Nigeria Airline, UNA, has announced the lifting of the suspension imposed on an aspect of its operations by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA.
A media statement by United Nigeria Airlines said that “the suspension placed on our ‘Part G’ operations specifications which affected one of our aircraft” had been lifted.
Hence, the airline which has through dint of hard work, and strict compliance to recommended standards and practices, has been designated as a flag carrier to various international destinations, expressed its deepest gratitude to the general public especially its loyal travelers, “for keeping faith with us and for your understanding during this period”.
UNA in the media statement averred that “Safety is at the core of United Nigeria Airlines’ values and we take our commitment to passengers’ safety very seriously”.

However, the airline expressed its unreserved apologies to the traveling public and especially its loyal customers who since inception have stuck with United Nigeria Airlines, as the airline of first choice.
United Nigeria Airlines claimed it shared the painful experience travelers were subjected to while its flight operations with leased aircraft were suspended and reassured air travelers that its schedule reliability is now more robust and of ultra-high reliability.
On the logjam the flights backlog had created, the airline explained thus, “Our dedicated team is working round the clock to resolve the backlog of flight schedules because we understand the importance of your travel plans and the trust you place in us”.
The airline expressed gratitude to its loyal customers and in the same vein pledged that within the brief suspension of its operations with its leased aircraft, it had successfully upgraded the quality of its services which it promised passengers would immediately begin to experience as they return to United Nigeria Airline for their domestic trips.
Travelers are however reminded that the airline’s “customer support team is always available to assist with any inquiries and provide you with all the support you need to make your travel experience seamless”.
