Dana Air Cancels Fees for Change in flight bookings

Esteemed guests of Dana Airline have been offered a new year’s gift whenever they change their flights’ booking and if such change is done in not less than two hours to the commencement of the flight, the change shall be granted at no cost to the passenger.
A media statement from Dana Air and signed by its Communications Manager, Kingsley Ezenwa, says the flexible no change fee policy is part of the fulfilment of the airline’s “promise to serve its customers better and offer innovative products to support their ever-changing travel desires.”
The statement explains further that this new policy will allow passengers to be charged only on a fare difference, and where it is applicable, but without a change fee when the passenger make up to 2 changes on his/her ticket at least 2 hours to the flight.
A caveat, however, is added to this passenger-centric offer which clarifies that “if the changes are made after the flight is operated or 1 hour to the flight, the change fee will be applicable.
