One of the leading travel management companies in Nigeria, Finchglow Travels, a subsidiary of Finchglow Holdings, has hit another milestone of 16 years in operations.

Our vision has remained the same which is to provide excellent travel services and experiences for our clients”.
Mr Bankole Bernard affirmed that “today, we have expanded from that small office at Falomo to a brand with offices across Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and now Kano!”
He gave credit for the landmarks attained by the outfit to the “staff and management as well as the processes we have put in place to make Finchglow Travels a leading travel management company which it really is in Nigeria”.

Bernard appealed to industry players and the startups to place a very high premium on total professionalism in service delivery and professional development of personnel which are keys to growth in the downstream sector of the aviation industry.
Mr Bankole Bernard who is the immediate past President of the National Association of Nigeria Travel Agencies, NANTA, harped on the need to bridge the knowledge gap between the older players and the new entrants.
He revealed that the need to bridge the knowledge gap was the reason for the Finchglow Travels Mentorship Program,” Mr Bernard added.
Commenting on the Finchglow Travels Mentorship Program, Mr Ezekiel Ikotun, General Manager, Sales and Operations said: “When we launched the Finchglow Travels Mentorship Program in June 2021, the goal was to help new entrants find their feet in the ever-evolving nature of the travel management industry and the maiden edition was a success. One of the beneficiaries of the mentorship program is now in our employ and we are pleased to have seen her grow tremendously.”

Ezekiel Ikotun added that this year’s mentorship program will be in partnership with Lagos Aviation Academy, which was recently named the Best Training School in Nigeria during the Nigeria Tourism Awards. Lagos Aviation Academy is also a subsidiary of Finchglow Holdings.
