Lagos Aviation Academy Clocks Five, To Celebrate with Scholarship for Five Greenhorns

The Lagos Aviation Academy, LAA, has announced a contest to enable scholarship awards for five prospective industry players who are expected to be proficient enough to scale through a test to qualify for the scholarship.
A media statement by the Lagos Aviation Academy, LAA, one of Nigeria’s leading aviation training institutions, said the scholarship will be part of the fifth-year anniversary celebration of the academy.
All those interested have been urged to register online by log-in to https://bit.ly/LAAscholarship, and carefully follow the registration guidelines therein.
The statement said the registration portal had been opened on 19th July and will close by 30th August 2022, after which the selection process will commence. Winners will also be announced in August.
The best five candidates among the contestants would enjoy the privilege of all tuition fees paid by LAA at its training facility in the Lagos mainland.Given the rationale for the scholarship, the General Manager, Lagos Aviation Academy, Chinasa Mbene, said the motive was to help harness the potentials of those aspiring to make a successful career in the air transport industry and its ancillary sectors.
In the statement signed by Miss Olamide Oni, Public Relations Executive, Finchglow Holdings, she said “the courses available for the Lagos Aviation Academy (LAA) Anniversary Contest include the Cabin Crew Ab-Initio Course; the IATA Foundation in Travel, and the Tourism Course; Basic Ticketing and Reservation Course; the Amadeus Practical Course; and the Customer Service Course”.
Bankole Bernard, the Academy Director at Lagos Aviation Academy and Chairman of the Association of Aviation Training Organizations in Nigeria (AATON) noted that quality training is a key driver for excellent results within the aviation space.
