The nine brand new, state-of-the-art Ground Support Equipment (GSE, High Loaders
The Board of Directors of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company, NAHCO Plc, has taken delivery of nine (9) state-of-the-art high loaders to provide a shot in the arm for its operations through the most modern Ground Support Equipment, GSE, in the annals of ground handling operations worldwide.
NAHCO board chairman, Dr. Seinde Oladapo Fadeni, commissioned the multi-billion-Naira high loaders, which were immediately deployed to service in the different airport stations nationwide.
Fadeni said the comprehensive program launched in 2024 for equipment re-fleeting had just started to manifest as various genres of customs-built equipment would be delivered within reasonable intervals until completion in 2026.

The Chief Operating Officer of NAHCO, Mr. Didier Stuellet, commended the Chairman and Board members for earmarking a huge capital vote for investment in the acquisition of high-tech, state-of-the-art equipment, which has just begun to pay off.
Mr. Charles Karinga, the Head, GSE, noted that the acquisition of nine brand-new high loaders was unprecedented in the history of ground handling in West Africa, and will surely provide the leading edge for NAHCO and its valued clientele.
Karinga described a high loader as a ground support machine, equipped with a high-reach lift mechanism to load or unload items, cargo, food, drinks, and cleared for air transportation.
