Dana Roving Agents to Aid Check-in, Passengers Entreated to Unlock Benefits In Dana Miles

Passengers of Dana Air are to enjoy another innovation that makes the facilitation and check-in process be fun and not tedious through yet another customer-centric solution dubbed, Roving Check-in Agents.
The solution according to a media statement by Dana Airline was described as “cutting edge innovation that will supplement the self-check-in kiosk at the airport and aid speedy check-in for passengers travelling with just hand luggage”.
In the statement signed by the Dana Airline’s Group Manager, Marketing and Communications, Kingsley Ezenwa, the roving agents’ mandate is to give courteous attention to passengers with hand luggage. And to issue boarding passes to customers with check-in luggage.
In the same vein, the statement announced Dana Airline’s exclusive cash plus miles deals for members of its loyalty program named, Dana Miles Club.
Quoting the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, DCEO, Dana Air, Sukhjiner Mann, the statement said ”With one mile selling for N3.00, members can now buy miles and part-pay for a ticket using miles plus cash.
Mann was further quoted as shedding more light thus, “existing members can get 20% discount when they buy miles to pay for tickets while new members get 3,600 bonus miles when they buy 14,400 miles to get an economy ticket”.
The statement, however, encouraged air travellers to join and become a member of Dana Miles as the accrued miles was described as the game-changer. New members were persuaded to try and purchase miles to earn instant economy or Business class tickets as the airline’s guest desires.
